your career will be clarified and you will understand what you need to accomplish your purpose. And, you will see what

of concern and lay a foundation and a simple context for generating your high-performance culture.
Session #2: Creating Intended Results Consistently… by increasing your
"Interaction Quotient"
Now that you have you Leadership/Management Success Foundation in place
as a guide for high-performance, we will explore what you need to navigate the terrain. You will discover the first of the
four critical elements for ensuring you have a commitment system in place to deliver on your promises every time. You’ll
be practicing how to successfully navigate in complex situations by exploring the key interaction process you need to add
to your management system to increase your odds of succeeding. Securing strong commitment to your requests and goals
is our focal point. You’ll learn the three words to live by in your career.
Session #3: The Four Indispensable Elements for setting up you sure-fire "In
The Game" high-performance system
It’s our building blocks week covering the elements you can’t
do without, if you intend to become masterful in producing and innovating. We’ll go through the elements, providing
insight and tools for you to use immediately back at work. Lastly, you will know the three types of conversation you
must observe and manage to increase value, reduce waste and lowered energy.
Session
#4: Tracking and Influencing: driving the accountability system by supporting and influencing
those upon whom you are dependent
Once you’ve jump started your new system you’ll see how easy
it is to track what people have promised, then use our templates to set up conversations for dealing with issues and breakdowns
people typically experience as they produce. You will find the simple system for checking commitments made to you begins
to change the environment and up urgency. Getting things back on track quickly will help you reduce the enormous waste
associated from serious breakdowns in delivery. Surprisingly, you’ll see how this process also acts to take care
of your people, not to mention yourself.
Session #5: The
easier way to work: collaborating with co-located and virtual teams to work together better
In this
session we begin to bring the system together, focusing on your teams’ productivity. We’ll begin with
some important research about what is working best regarding technology and people, reviewing the three key findings from
current research on virtual teams. Then you we’ll see how to leverage the perspective, positioning and tools we’ve
discussed previously to actively improve far-flung teams’ cooperation and collaboration. Lastly, we’ll discuss
how to practice and improve your virtual meetings.
Session #6:
A leader’s most important job… what you must do to gain “pull” energy from
your team and produce consistently over time
We’ll start by reviewing the entire system, and put it
into action with your issues by assessing and trouble shooting. We’ll explore a leader’s main job, which
may surprise you. And, you will leave understanding what you need to know about people’s identity, energy and
satisfaction. You will get a chance to discover empowerment myths, how they can hinder you and what you can do to beat
this common misconception.
